2026 Amputee Walking School Save the Dates!

2025 was a big year for Amputee Walking School and now we are looking forward to a great year in 2026.

Hosted by Dankmeyer and the University of Maryland Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Institute (UM Rehab), dates are now available for 2026 events.

June 17, 2026

October 21, 2026

Each date will have a daytime course for professionals and an evening session for those with lower limb loss/limb difference. The topic for professionals is “Advanced Gait Training for Persons with Amputation.” The evening sessions are for exercises and fellowship and are always enjoyed by everyone who attends. As soon as we have more information we will share that with you.
