Every April, the Amputee Coalition (AC) sponsors Limb Loss and Limb Difference Awareness Month (LLLDAM). More than 5.6 million people in the US are living with limb loss or limb difference. LLLDAM is an opportunity for members of the community, family, friends and allies to focus on spreading awareness, participating in educational events, and engaging in advocacy efforts.

Dankmeyer team members have a long history of engagement in the AC and its mission. We support LLLDAM each April in a number of ways. We host some events, and participate in others. Every Wednesday team members wear orange - the AC color. We make and wear ribbons, making them available to anyone who comes into one of our offices. We invite you to join us in the events happening around us, listed below.
