Are you looking for an activity for a spring Saturday morning? You are in luck, the staff at Adventist Healthcare have recently opened registration for their 2nd Annual Amputee Awareness 5K Walk, Wheel or Run Event. This event is free for anyone who wants to get moving to help raise awareness. Amputees who take part receive a free T-Shirt. Additional T-Shirts can be purchased for $15.00. If you cannot take part but want to help Adventist Healthcare raise amputee awareness, you can make a contribution by following the directions on their registration page.
This event will be held rain or shine at Thomas S. Wootton High School in Rockville, MD 20850.
