In April of each year, amputees, their friends, families, and care providers are given the opportunity to meet with legislators in Washington, D.C. on the critical issues that impact amputees.
The two day event, hosted by the Amputee Coalition, is taking place on April 17, 2018. Attendees will meet the day before, on April 16, to prepare those attending for meeting with lawmakers, as well as learning about the most recent legislation.
The Amputee Coalition has a block of rooms reserved at the Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks in Fairfax, VA to make coordination and transportation that much easier. The rooms are held until March 23, 2018.
