The staff at the University of Maryland's Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Institute (UMROI) are partnering with Dankmeyer, Inc to host this month's Amputee Support Group topic, Prosthetics for Puppies!
The group will be taking a look at how prostheses are improving the lives of not only humans, but our pets too!
Dankmeyer's favorite four legged patient, Moxie and her mom, Jeanne Smith, Patient Services Representative, will be on hand to show the difference these devices can make.
As always, the group will meet at the Outpatient Ground Floor Therapy Gym and Aquatic Center.
